Willow & Vine provides bespoke wedding floristry, venue styling, and related services. All services are subject to availability and confirmed in writing via email or contract.
4. Consultations
We offer free, no-obligation consultations at our showroom by appointment. Consultations can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to charge for consultations that are not attended without notice.
5. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change until a booking deposit is received
- Quotations are based on information provided; changes may affect pricing
- We have a minimum spend of £1,000 for wedding floristry
6. Bookings & Deposits
- A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date
- The deposit amount will be specified in your quotation
- Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received
- Full payment terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation
7. Payment Terms
- Final balances are due 4 weeks before your event date
- Payment can be made by bank transfer
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Gift voucher contributions can be applied to your balance
8. Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel:
- More than 12 weeks before: Deposit forfeited
- 8–12 weeks before: 50% of total cost
- 4–8 weeks before: 75% of total cost
- Less than 4 weeks: 100% of total cost
Postponements may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
9. Delivery & Setup
- Delivery and setup times will be agreed with you and your venue
- Access to the venue must be arranged by the client
- We require adequate time for setup as discussed
- Travel charges may apply for venues outside our standard coverage area
10. Floral Arrangements
- Fresh flowers are natural products and may vary slightly from examples shown
- Seasonal availability may affect flower selection
- We will discuss suitable alternatives if specific flowers are unavailable
- Images on our website are for illustration purposes
11. Prop Hire
- Hired items remain the property of Willow & Vine
- Items must be returned in the same condition
- Damage or loss will be charged to the client
- Collection times will be agreed in advance
